Registration Information

 

St. Peter's Elementary School is a Maryland State Department of Education approved private elementary school serving students in grades PK though 5. All classroom teachers have education degrees and hold Maryland Educator Certificates. Each week our students get not only instruction in regular academic subjects, but they also experience worship in chapel and classes in library, computers, physical education, instrumental music, vocal music, art, and Spanish. Each classroom has at least two computers for student use, and a classroom set of laptops is available so that teachers may have all students working on a project at the same time.  Experienced, caring staff, student-centered learning, small class size, and defined instructional goals contribute to improved student achievement and excellent results school-wide as demonstrated by scores on standardized testing (Terra  Nova administered annually in grades K through 5 ).

On-site school-operated licensed before and after school care is available for an additional fee.  Fees are based on frequency of use through 170 school days.

 

Tuition may be paid in full prior to the opening of school, or payments may be monthly through FACTS Tuition Management System.   Please contact the school office for more information regarding tuition payment options.

 

Fees for the 2020-2021 school year are as follows:

 

 Annual tuition: $6,000 per student (sibling discount available)

Registration fee: $350 per student 

Book/Technology fee: $350 per student

Graduation fee (fifth grade only):  $50 per student

 

*Comparison of tuition posted on the web sites of area private schools for the current school year shows St. Peter's to be among the least expensive, making St. Peter's an even better value.
